This is a great product, especially on darker paints as advertised. I like to use this on my Bronco with race red paint, and the result is deep, wet and glossy. It's fantastic. The difference in results between this and the regular Quik Wax is marginal, and they're both impeccable spray waxes. Sometimes, I even use both: Quik Wax on the white panels and Gold Class Quik Wax on the red body.

Expert Analysis

The product uses a carnauba wax blend emulsion as its primary active component, delivering traditional wax benefits through a spray application system. The near-neutral pH of 6.9 ensures compatibility with clear coats while allowing application in direct sunlight without typical wax curing issues.

Key Differentiators

  • Carnauba wax blend emulsion allows spray application of traditional carnauba benefits without typical white residue issues
  • Sun-safe formulation enables application on warm surfaces in direct sunlight, unusual for wax-based products

Potential Concerns

  • Carnauba-based formulations typically provide shorter durability compared to synthetic polymer alternatives
  • Spray wax format may offer less protection longevity than traditional paste or liquid wax applications
